Course Description
This one semester intermediate Spanish class aims to provide students with an active and rewarding learning experience as they strengthen their language skills and develop their cultural competence increasing their knowledge of Spanish-speaking cultures and their literature
Learning Outcomes
The learning outcome for the study of a modern language as part of the core requirement is to bring the student to a minimum level of intermediate in the target language as defined by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL). For modern languages the learning outcomes for the four language skills and culture at the intermediate level can be summarized as follows:
